BUNCH launched its AI leadership coach in November 2020 (iOS only). The app features a unique concept of personalized 2-minute daily coaching, and has rapidly amassed a community of nearly 20,000 users (growing 7% week-over-week). By fusing psychology, micro-learning, and AI, BUNCH makes it easy for millennial managers to level up with their morning coffee. Instructionally designed by an in-house team of psychologists and coaches, BUNCH has also collaborated with best-selling authors and entrepreneurs for exclusive learning opportunities. The startup serves managers, as well as team members from several international companies, with 40% of its user base being US-based, 16% in the EU and the rest in up and coming markets, like India, Africa and South America.
